Report incident/controversy

You are welcome to report an incident or issue, system or dataset driven by or relating to AI, algorithms or automation for addition to the AIAAIC Repository. 

• All reports are manually reviewed in line with the criteria set out in AIAAIC Repository governance. 

• Of particular interest are those which result in demonstrable harm, or in which the actual or perceived opacity (ie. lack of transparency) of the technology system and/or its governance are seen to have contributed to a controversy or backlash.

• Irrelevant, misleading or unfair reports, or those including information not already in the public domain, are not added.

• Reports are handled in strict confidence.
